‘Friday night and the lights are low, looking out for a place to go’ if you wanted to play a game where you want to run a disco club, now is your chance on Disco Simulator.

You get to hire bouncers, security, cleaners, bartenders and DJ’s to make the biggest party in town, add in lights, decorations, toilets, tables and chairs for the best in customer comfort.

You don’t get everything at once in the game, you have to pay to level up sections like getting more advanced drinks or staff, this is important in order to get further into the game.
It is hard at first because before upgrades you have to take care of things yourself like equipment failure, rubbish cleanup etc. and that requires you to hold down a button for up to around 20 seconds but once you get staff and automation, the troubles go away.

There are minigames too like deciding what checking out IDs and making a drink, both of them have rewards if you get it right.
You got three clubs to get through, each one a different size that presents different challenges, once you complete the requirements, you get the option of continuing in the club or going on to the next one.
The animation is pretty good, but it isn’t perfect, dancers will be dancing off the dance floor and sometimes walk through a closed door, but you do seem them queuing up for the toilet, a drink at the bar etc.
It probably should be called ‘Disco Club Tycoon’ instead of ‘Disco Simulator’ as people may get the idea that it is simulating a disco experience, aside from that, it is an enjoyable game for those who like to build something up to the best that it can be.
