Hasbro’s BATTLESHIP

Hasbro’s Battleship is one of the simplest games that one can play though it is always tough work against the computer so that can frustrate you if a run of losses occur.

Gamers have a choice of a Classic mode and Commanders mode, I am one for the classics so I use Classic.

You get to choose your commander from three choices, the others cost $2.95 apiece which personally is crazy, and you get to pick your backdrop.

Now you get to place your ships and you can rotate them to the direction you want them to be and then it is go time.

Simply pick a square and click on it, a splash of water indicates a miss and a red hot will indicate a hit, it’s a race to sink the enemy fleet before it gets you.

With luck you’ll see screens like the above as the enemy takes hit after hit

Sadly for me, I taken a loss five ships to four, the two piece ship always gets me unstuck, personally I like to spread out my shots to every three squares but there is the risk of missing the little one.
