If you want a basic tycoon game about running an arcade, then Arcade Empire Tycoon is the game for you.
This is a get in and get going type of tycoon game, there are no scenarios to play, no levels to achieve.

To start, you put in a desk which is in Utilities, place two or three cabinets and a pinball machine.
Then you hire a Mechanic and an Attendant and then open your business to start making the money you need to eventually expand your operations; you’ll need to open your business at the start of each day.

After saving a few thousand dollars, you can research a claw machine and one by one unlock additional arcade stuff, don’t forget that once you pay for the research it means you also have to pay for the item.
The game seriously needs the ability to rotate your machines in the event you get something placed wrong, doesn’t look like you can sell anything off.

The financial screen does have income and expenses, but it doesn’t tell you just how much you’re profiting or losing money, you have to do the maths yourself.

Unlike Arcade Tycoon, you don’t have to worry about the weather scaring off or helping you gain customers, you don’t buy power in this game, that is automatically handled when you buy machines and you don’t have to worry about staff comfort or wages or happiness, there’s so much complication cut out of this game but that also means so much challenge taken out too.
So as a basic tycoon game it is good but if you want something deeper, go for Arcade Tycoon instead as that game can really keep you busy.
