Inn Tycoon is an Evil Goose Games developed game where you run get the opportunity to run an Inn.

It was released on November 8, 2025, and that of this review it was considered to be a ‘Mostly Positive’ rated game with a positive review percentage of 77%.

The game is quite easy to get going in; you don’t really need the tutorial to get the lay of the land.

You have the choice at the start of the game to toggle on or off Disasters, Unlock All, Unlimited Gold and Tutorials.

Unlocking All and Unlimited Gold will take away the challenge of the game; this game does make you earn your advances.

You start off with a small Inn, you start off with a bar and a bartender, you then start off your journey by purchasing a table with chairs and then hire a waitress and away you go.

Make sure that you slowly expand, you don’t want to go bankrupt in a hurry, to expan you click on for example the beer symbol and pick the place with the beer in a room and then place it where you want.

If you want a Kitchen expansion you click on the Pie and if you want Bedrooms you click on the Bed and so on and so forth, each expansion does cost you.

Getting your patrons food and drink quickly is important, the better your service, the higher your customer satisfaction is and then means valuable reputation points.

Reputation points allow you to choose an event for each day, these events give you some advantages for the day, but they do not come cheap, the good news is that you can skip the option and save your points.

You do get quests to complete, and the completion of the quests do you give rewards, there are variations in rewards which is a good thing.

If you do choose to earn your way through the game, you have game levels, every game level gives you fresh options in Inn services, you also get level points to unlock options.

Passing through levels gives you the ability to hire more staff, you are restricted in the number you can have, when looking at your staff you can see how hard they are working and that will help you determine if you need to hire some help.

When you get more staff, make sure you have enough kitchen items like pie and break ovens and bars etc. to keep the customers satisfied.

One cool feature is that you get offered pets for your Inn, these pets you can caress, and they help you get more tips from your patrons.

Overall, this game can make time go by pretty quickly and that’s what you want in a game especially on a cold or wet day and you want time to just disappear.
